Our retreat is designed for people with sufficient experience in contact improvisation who are already familiar with the jam and have the desire to discover or deepen its meditation / contemplative side.

Where it takes place
Podere Calcinaia is close to Siena in Tuscany. The house that hosts us is isolated in nature, has an external platform overlooking a magnificent landscape and aN indoor extra dance studio.
Focalizers and the Workshop
Anjelika Doniy will guide the afternoon workshop, and the Focalizers will accompany the group ensuring their presence in the jam and meditations.

Unisciti a noi per questa nuova edizione più lunga delle precedenti, per un'esperienza ancora più immersiva.
Dove
Podere Calcinaia si trova vicino a Siena. La casa che ci ospita è isolata nella natura, ha una sala con pavimento in legno e una pedana esterna affacciata su un magnifico panorama.
I Focalizer e il Workshop
Il workshop del pomeriggio sarà guidato da Anjelika Doniy, mentre i Focalizer accompagneranno il gruppo garantendo la loro presenza nelle jam e nelle meditazioni.
